Update: due to popular request, we no longer display the number of subscribers on the subscribe page.

Is there a way to do verify it?

Your subscribe page will only display how many subscribers you got through Slide to Subscribe. We have to be able to verify that number, otherwise people would just import bogus subscribers into their Mailchimp and claim they have millions of subscribers.
